Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Payroll Systems Analyst for a contract position in CA(Hybrid). The opportunity will be for eight months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Subject matter expert for end-to-end payroll operations.
- Responsibility will include partnering closely with Payroll leadership, P&E Technology, Payroll Business Analyst and cross-functional teams to partner in testing configuration in new Workday Payroll and Time entry system.
- Knowledge of payroll principles, tax regulations, compliance standards, and system configuration. This role will help support the payroll team as needed with audit, reporting and other projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Payroll Business Analyst – 2 years
- Payroll Specialist/equivalent – 5 Years (current)
- Workday Payroll processing – 2 years
Preferred:
- UKG transition to Workday configuration and testing
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- Proficient in Excel and Business Intelligence Reporting
