• Dive deep into payroll reports, direct deposits, paychecks, and bank files, making sure every detail sings in harmony.
• Guard the integrity and compliance of our payroll processes like a superhero, keeping sensitive data under lock and key.
• Lead the charge in implementing top-tier practices for streamlined and flawless payroll operations.
• Be the go-to hero for any payroll puzzles, untangling issues, and ensuring everyone gets their fair share of the spotlight.
• Shine bright during payroll audits, dazzling with your accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our accounting squad on all things tax-related, ensuring smooth sailing for everyone.

Experience and Skills Needed for the Payroll Specialist:

• 2+ years of payroll prowess, with a track record of turning ordinary tasks into extraordinary accomplishments.
• A superhero-level understanding of payroll policies, federal and state regulations, and the magic of record-keeping.
• Bonus points for experience with union and non-union payroll, and a knack for juggling multi-state complexities.
