Job Summary :

Please note this position in ONSITE in our Corporate Office in Omaha, NE.

We're seeking a highly organized, payroll specialist who is quality oriented and with a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

• Review and enter data from large numbers of time cards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Follow-up with managers to ensure payroll is properly processed.
• Present positive, teamwork-oriented behavior.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-year prior payroll experience
• 1-year administrative experience in an office environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills.
• A team player with solid communication skills.
• Experience with payroll management systems.
• Welcomes input from others.
• Proven background with strong abilities in:
• Organizational skills
• Working with tight deadlines
• Time management
