Our client in the East Haddam area is seeking a part-time Payroll Specialist to join their team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end biweekly payroll for all employees through ADP, covering both hourly and salaried staff across multiple union groups
- Review and validate timecards and ADP system rules to ensure accurate, compliant pay aligned with union contracts and local requirements
- Research, resolve, and correct payroll discrepancies; serve as the primary resource for payroll-related inquiries
- Uphold strict confidentiality and reliability throughout the audit period and duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience processing payroll using ADP or a comparable payroll system
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a high level of discretion
Compensation
- $25–$29/hour
