Payroll Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist who knows UKG and ADP Workforce Now and can jump in quickly to support a very busy payroll team. Our client, a thriving and growing organization in Bellevue, has an immediate need for temporary payroll support as the department continues to scale and cross-train internally.

This role is ideal for someone who truly understands payroll operations and is comfortable owning more than just time entry. You'll be a key part of keeping payroll running smoothly by supporting regular and off-cycle payrolls, reviewing timesheets, resolving employee pay issues, assisting with garnishments and deductions, and helping reduce backlog during a high-volume period.

We're specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in both UKG and ADP Workforce Now who is detail-oriented, reliable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams are a must.
