Payroll Specialist – Technology & Manufacturing Industry
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid/Remote)
Compensation: $60,000 - $68,000 DOE

Our client, a global leader in high-tech manufacturing and innovation, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for their U.S. workforce. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with advanced payroll systems, and values accuracy, compliance, and collaboration.

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing biweekly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations, and maintaining precise employee payroll records. The position offers a mix of remote work and occasional on-site collaboration with the corporate finance and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities: Payroll Specialist

  • Process accurate, timely, bi-weekly payroll for around 1600 U.S. employees using ADP Workforce Now.
  • Review and reconcile payroll registers, timesheets, and benefit deductions to ensure data integrity.
  • Partner with HR and timekeeping teams to validate time and attendance data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries, handling garnishments, adjustments, and deductions.
  • Maintain payroll documentation, standard operating procedures, and audit support materials.
  • Ensure all payroll transactions comply with company policies and government regulations.
  • Support special projects and process improvements as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications: Payroll Specialist

  • ADP Workforce Now experience required; UKG Dimensions experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general payroll reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through under tight deadlines.
