Payroll - Prevailing Wage Compliance Analyst
We are seeking a Prevailing Wage Compliance Analyst to take ownership of compliance across certified payroll, subcontractor reporting, and apprenticeship requirements. This role is focused on end-to-end prevailing wage compliance (including Davis-Bacon, PWA, IRA, and related regulations) and serves as a key liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and third-party agencies.
This is a strong fit for someone who understands the full compliance lifecycle and can independently calculate, validate, and explain prevailing wage requirements in complex environments.

Prevailing Wage Compliance Analyst - Key Responsibilities
• Review subcontractor certified payroll reports (CPRs) for accuracy and compliance
• Validate wage classifications, pay rates, fringe benefit calculations, and restitution
• Interpret and apply wage determinations across federal, state, and project-specific requirements
• Review and validate supporting documentation including apprenticeship records and fringe benefit statements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors to resolve compliance discrepancies and deficiencies
• Assist subcontractors with onboarding to client portals, third-party agencies, and certified payroll systems
• Track outstanding compliance items and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain detailed documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements
• Support internal payroll and operations teams with prevailing wage-related matters
• Assist with Department of Labor and third-party agency inquiries, audits, and reporting requests
Prevailing Wage Compliance Analyst -Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in prevailing wage compliance or certified payroll administration
• Deep understanding of prevailing wage regulations, including Davis-Bacon, PWA, IRA, and apprenticeship requirements
• Ability to manually calculate wages, fringe benefits, and restitution, and validate system outputs
• Strong knowledge of wage determinations, classifications, and compliance workflows from timecards through certified payroll
• Experience reviewing, correcting, and certifying CPRs
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to work through complex or inconsistent data sets
• Experience working across multiple compliance platforms (LCP Tracker, client portals, or similar)
• Proven ability to work directly with subcontractors in a consultative, problem-solving capacity
• Experience in construction, renewable energy, or government-funded projects preferred
• Experience responding to DOL inquiries or supporting compliance audits preferred
