Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually

Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Manager

• Lead and oversee full-cycle payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Establish and implement best practices to enhance payroll efficiency and internal controls

• Manage payroll accounting activities, including transactions and reporting

• Support payroll calculations such as deductions, benefits, garnishments, tax filings, and child support

• Maintain accurate and current employee payroll records

• Prepare comprehensive wage summaries covering earnings, taxes, deductions, leave balances, retirement, and benefits

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations

• Act as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries

• Review existing payroll procedures and recommend process improvements

• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly

Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Manager

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience

• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Strong working knowledge of payroll compliance and regulations

• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
