Our client, a well‑established organization that has been serving it’s people for over 50 years, is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations and be a part of their cohesive team.

- Compensation: $95,000 - $135,000
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Maintain payroll systems, reporting processes, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to optimize payroll workflows and support organizational initiatives.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to payroll inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of payroll experience
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
