Key Responsibilities

• Lead accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls

• Compile, audit, and validate payroll data across multiple employee groups

• Oversee employee status changes, garnishments, direct deposits, and deductions

• Partner with HR to ensure accurate employee data and pay administration

• Ensure seamless data flow between HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems

• Administer and optimize the company’s time-entry system

• Resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies promptly and professionally

• Review quarterly payroll filings and year-end tax reporting for accuracy and compliance

• Evaluate payroll processes, controls, and procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of payroll experience in a complex, multi-employee environment

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
