Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Develop and implement best practices to improve payroll efficiency and internal controls
  • Oversee payroll accounting, transactions, and reporting activities
  • Manage payroll calculations including deductions, benefits, wage garnishments, tax filings, and child support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records
  • Prepare detailed employee wage summaries, including earnings, taxes, deductions, leave balances, retirement, and benefits
  • Support payroll tax calculations and filings; ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related employee inquiries
  • Review existing payroll procedures and recommend process improvements
  • Analyze payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly and effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of payroll experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and regulations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
