Payroll Manager

- Payroll Manager will process recurring payroll cycles, including review, reconciliation, and issue resolution
- Administer employee timekeeping and payroll systems, including employee setup and maintenance
- Support payroll tax processing and reporting activities
- Review payroll and benefits data for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate benefit contributions and review vendor invoices for accuracy
- Maintain employee benefit records, including onboarding and terminations
- As a Payroll Manager, you will administer corporate card, fuel card, and expense reimbursement programs
- Review employee expense submissions for policy compliance
- Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll, benefits, and reimbursement questions
- Support system maintenance, audits, and process improvements related to payroll and benefits
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Experience with expense reimbursement and corporate card programs
- Working knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
