Job Title: Payroll & HR Data Project Consultant
Location S. Seattle
Salary Range: $100,000 – $114,000 DOE
Are you a data-driven HR/payroll professional with advanced Excel skills? Our client is seeking a Payroll & HR Data Project Consultant to support a key HRIS migration project. This role focuses on improving data accuracy, streamlining workflows, and integrating HR and payroll systems across the organization.
Overview of the Payroll & HR Data Project Consultant Role
- Clean and prep employee and payroll data for migration, auditing for accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to HRIS design and define system requirements to support business processes.
- Map and integrate data between legacy systems and the new HRIS, troubleshooting errors as needed.
- Advise on workflow and data issues, recommending best practices and documenting solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and internal analytics to ensure successful system implementation.
Qualifications for the Payroll & HR Data Project Consultant:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Payroll system experience and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) with large data sets.
- Ability to lead technical project tasks independently and solve complex data issues.
- Experience with Workday, CMIC ERP, or construction industry exposure.
