Key Responsibilities
Full‑Cycle Payroll Processing
- Process payroll including bonuses and compensation increases
- Audit payroll for accuracy and compliance
- Review and scrub payroll reports
Garnishment Processing
- Handle weekly garnishment administration
New Hire & Termination Audits
- Audit new hire setup
- Perform final checks related to departing employees
Cross‑Functional Support
- Partner weekly with Accounting & Finance
- Assist during audit periods by providing payroll documentation and support
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 2+ years of payroll experience
- Full‑cycle payroll processing experience preferred
- Workday HRIS experience strongly preferred
- Experience with 401(k) payroll processing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
