Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including high-volume driver payroll
Review timecards, mileage, and pay data for accuracy and completeness
Assist with payroll calculations including overtime, bonuses, and deductions
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Support payroll audits and reporting as needed
Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure accurate employee data
Qualifications
1–3+ years of payroll or accounting support experience
Experience in high-volume or multi-state payroll environments preferred
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems (ADP, UKG, or similar a plus)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong organizational and communication skills
