We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst – Finance to manage and process end-to-end U.S. payroll operations for a workforce of approximately 1000+ employees. The role requires strong expertise in payroll processing, tax validation, compliance, and reporting, along with close collaboration with Operations, HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution. Advanced Excel formulas knowledge is a must.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing
· Engage with the fields leadership and the employee to get and resolve the payroll and commission related issued on timely basis.
· Prepare, review, and process bi-weekly U.S. payroll for approximately 700 employees
· Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
· Maintain payroll records, employee earnings, deductions, benefits, and garnishments
Tax & Compliance
· Validate payroll taxes, including federal, state, and local withholdings
· Ensure compliance with IRS regulations, FLSA, and state-specific labor laws
· Coordinate payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and year-end activities (W-2, 1099, etc.)
· Support internal and external audits related to payroll
Finance & Reporting
· Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts
· Prepare payroll reports for management, finance, and HR (headcount, overtime, variances, accruals)
· Assist with payroll budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
· Enforcement of budgets with field management.· Provide ad-hoc payroll and financial reports as required
HR & Systems Collaboration
· Work closely with HR on new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, and benefits deductions
· Support HRMA/HRMS payroll integrations and data accuracy
· Address payroll inquiries from employees and management professionally and promptly

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
· 5+ years of hands-on U.S. payroll processing experience
· Proven experience processing payroll for large employee populations (600+ employees)
Technical Skills
· Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes, wage laws, and compliance requirements (Multi-State)
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation)
· Experience with payroll systems and HRMA/HRMS platforms
· Strong payroll reporting and reconciliation skills
