Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be part of the Payroll Department supporting HR, Finance, and Benefits teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Payroll Analyst
Location: Foster City, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $65/h + benefits
What's the Job?
- Perform end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, timecard validation, and check distribution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll questions and concerns
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee and payment records, as well as timekeeping documentation
- Collaborate with People, Benefits, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Handle year-end payroll communication, reconciliations, and respond to government inquiries such as wage verification and garnishment orders
What's Needed?
- 6 to 8 years of payroll processing experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background
- Strong knowledge of payroll administration and compliance standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and diligence in work
- Proficiency in Excel and Word, with experience in VLOOKUP and pivot tables preferred
