Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule
• Review and verify timekeeping data, pay changes, deductions, and benefits
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and incentive payments
• Administer garnishments, wage assignments, and payroll adjustments
• Manage payroll tax filings (federal, state, and local)
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate 401(k) contributions and benefit deductions
• Prepare year-end reporting including W-2s
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience
• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, UKG, or similar)
• Proficiency in Excel
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
