Key Responsibilities
- Process biweekly payroll for approximately 400 employees using Paylocity
- Manage compliance tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Update Paylocity for terminations and employee changes
- Assist with 401(k) audit preparation
- Ensure accuracy across multiple entities and payroll lines
What They’re Looking For
- Payroll experience required
- Multi-state payroll experience preferred
- General understanding of debits, credits, and financial statements
