Key Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Maintain and audit payroll records, including wages, deductions, benefits, and tax filings
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on employee changes, benefits, and reporting
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all payroll and employee data
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar payroll-focused role
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
