Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time)
Location: Commerce, CA
Compensation: $25.00 per hour + annual incentive!

What You’ll Do
Payroll Processing & Accuracy
Process and transmit weekly payroll with precision and timeliness
Audit payroll data including hours, earnings, deductions, and taxes
Identify and resolve discrepancies before and after payroll runs
Manage payroll corrections, adjustments, and final pay processing
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and analyze weekly payroll reports
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and multi-state payroll regulations
Administer wage garnishments and support orders
Support tax administration and maintain accurate payroll records
Employee Support & Collaboration
Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related questions
Partner with managers and employees to resolve payroll issues quickly
Assist with employee status changes and payroll updates
Coordinate payroll check processing and distribution
What You Bring
Experience processing payroll with a strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (or ability to learn quickly)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Strong communication skills with the ability to support a diverse workforce
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
