Paving Estimator

A well-established construction materials supplier is expanding its Paving Division and is seeking a Paving Estimator to support estimating and project coordination efforts. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate material estimates, maintaining clear communication, and supporting customers throughout the bid and project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for concrete paving material
• Complete material takeoffs from plans and drawings
• Verify pricing, quantities, customer requirements, lead times, and delivery schedule
• Communicate professionally with customers, engineers, contractors, and internal teams
• Maintain bid calendars and job files for tracking and coordination
• Ensure estimating accuracy and keep all parties informed of schedules and updates
• Coordinate closely with the Paving Division Manager
