Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal advice to our clients on a variety of corporate, securities, tax, and technology matters.
2. Represent the firm in litigation cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
3. Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making process at the partner level.
4. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients while also identifying and securing new business opportunities.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in corporate law, securities, tax, and technology.
6. Collaborate with other partners to manage the overall operations and direction of the firm.
7. Participate in venture capital and investment banking transactions, offering sound legal advice and guidance.
8. Conduct thorough legal research and writing to support the firm's cases and initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney, Business Lawyer, Senior Counsel, Shareholder, Principal, or in a Partner Level role.
4. A proven track record in tax, securities, technology, venture capital, and investment banking.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
6. Extensive litigation experience.
7. Strong leadership skills and the ability to make critical business decisions.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain and foster client relationships.
9. A deep understanding of bank regulatory matters.
10. The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
11. A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
