- Serve as a primary contact via phone and electronic communication, addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Verify and update demographics, insurance information, and eligibility.
- Assist with questions regarding billing, coverage, referrals, and care processes.
- Route messages and requests to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance to organizational policies.
- Manage high call volumes while maintaining service standards and accuracy.
- Identify and escalate complex patient concerns to appropriate leadership.
- Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare, patient services, or medical office environment.
- Familiarity with insurance processes and scheduling workflows preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
