A temporary position for a patient care coordinator role is necessary to streamline patient scheduling from payer partners. This temporary position will be responsible for working closely with member services team leaders from Progyny, one of Gennev’s payer partners, who routinely engage members who have not chosen a menopause/nutrition provider. The Progyny team member would engage the member and complete a ‘warm hand off’ to the temporary resource who will generate a new patient appointment in real-time.
