Patient Care Coordinator - Referral Intake & Case Coordination
Concierge Elite
Spring, Texas
Create Confidence from the First Hello.
At Sage Veterinary Imaging, we provide advanced, human-quality diagnostic imaging that changes outcomes for pets. Every experience begins at the front desk. We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving, people-focused environment and takes pride in precision, organization, and follow-through. This is a hospitality and coordination role — not a sales position.
If you are warm, highly organized, and able to move quickly without losing detail, this role was built for you.
As part of our hiring process, we require all candidates to complete the Culture Index survey to help us better understand their natural strengths, communication style, and work preferences. This allows us to ensure alignment with the role and team, creating a more thoughtful and productive interview experience for everyone involved.
