Role Purpose
This role manages incoming communication, lobby flow, and basic scheduling, ensuring every client interaction reflects SVI’s professionalism and commitment to patient care.
Primary Focus
Inbound communication and client experience.
Core Responsibilities
Greet and assist pet owners arriving for imaging appointments Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general email inquiries Schedule routine services such as ultrasound, echocardiography, and follow-up visits
Manage patient check-in, discharge, and appointment flow
Collect and organize patient records from referring veterinary clinics Maintain accurate patient records in EzyVet and scheduling systems Present estimates, collect deposits, and process payments
Provide clear instructions for appointments and pre-procedure requirements
