We are seeking a Consulting Patient Care Coordinator for a contract position in the healthcare industry. This unique role combines healthcare and manufacturing, providing an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the well-being of our employees. The successful candidate will have the unique ability to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and our employees, ensuring the best possible patient care. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong dedication to providing outstanding patient service.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all health-related concerns of our employees in the healthcare clinic.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure that all necessary medical treatments are provided, and follow-ups are made.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement health and safety protocols in the manufacturing facility.
  • Facilitate health and wellness programs to promote better health among employees.
  • Provide education and resources to employees about health-related issues, preventive care, and the proper use of healthcare services.
  • Use MS Office tools to track and report on patient care activities and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, healthcare providers, and management through phones and email.
  • Assist in the resolution of any patient-related issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in patient care coordination, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
