Job Description

The Patient Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for patient inquiries and care coordination needs. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle clinical documentation and logistics with accuracy and empathy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Support: Serve as the primary liaison for patients and families, offering clear communication and compassionate service throughout the care process.
  • Administrative Coordination: Maintain patient records, verify medical information, and assist with insurance‑related documentation.
  • Equipment & Service Coordination: Support the scheduling and delivery of medical equipment and related services.
  • Scheduling: Communicate timelines, appointment updates, and follow‑up needs with patients and internal teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to privacy and state‑regulated standards.


Qualifications

  • Background in healthcare or customer‑focused roles preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with data entry and Microsoft Office programs.
