Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Patent Attorney or Patent Partner with a substantial portable book of business to join our intellectual property practice. This opportunity is designed for a self-sufficient, entrepreneurial attorney who does not rely on firm-generated work and who values independence, flexibility, and economics superior to traditional BigLaw or legacy boutiques.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of patent law experience
- Prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm or well-regarded IP boutique
- Demonstrated portable book of business (required)
- Practices may include patent prosecution, counseling, opinions, portfolio strategy, and related IP matters
- Comfortable operating autonomously with minimal administrative oversight
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in maximizing personal revenue
- Collaborative temperament with willingness to refer work to and leverage other senior attorneys at the firm
