LMK Recruiting is partnering with Spencer Fane to identify an experienced Patent Prosecution Paralegal to support a highly respected Intellectual Property practice in Phoenix, AZ.

This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced IP environment and enjoys managing the full lifecycle of U.S. and international patent filings.

In this role, you will work closely with attorneys, foreign counsel, and inventors while managing patent docketing, USPTO correspondence, and filing deadlines. You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate preparation and submission of provisional, non-provisional, PCT, and national phase applications, along with supporting Office Action responses and Information Disclosure Statements (IDS).
