A leading international IP practice is seeking a Patent Counsel with strong patent prosecution experience in electrical engineering and advanced technologies. This is a high-level role working directly with innovative clients across cutting-edge industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
  
• Advise on patent strategy, portfolio development, and protection
  
• Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses
  
• Work directly with inventors and in-house counsel
  

• 5G / 6G, Wi-Fi, wireless systems
  
• AI / machine learning
  
• Processor and memory architecture
  
• Image processing / computer vision
  
• RF front-end technologies
  

• $225,000 – $315,000 (major markets; varies by location)
  
• Bonus eligibility + full benefits
  

Preferred:

• Experience with AI, robotics, autonomous systems, or NLP
  
• Client-facing or portfolio management experience

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering (or related) degree
  
• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience
  
• USPTO registration (or eligible)
  
• Strong academic credentials and communication skills
