Pastry Cook (up to $24/h)

Title: Pastry Cook (French clairs) - $16-24/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Location: Tysons, VA

We re launching a premium French pastry + coffee concept. You ll produce and finish signature clairs, creams, glazes, piping, and daily prep in a clean, organized workflow.

What you ll do:

• Produce & finish clairs (choux, fillings, glazes, toppings)
  
• Daily prep, scaling, organization, cleanliness
  
• Support consistent quality and speed for service
  

Must have:

• Reliability, attention to detail, strong work ethic
  
• Food safety knowledge and habits (safe storage, labeling, temps, sanitation)
  
• Basic pastry skills + comfort with fast-paced production
  

Nice to have:

• French pastry experience (choux, pastry creams, glazing)
