We are a 2nd generation family owned business that does service, restoration, remodeling and other specialty work to motor homes and travel trailers.
Coachcraft by MacDonald is looking for a parts manager for our fast paced business with previous retail parts experience, knowledge of big truck parts and previous inventory management experience. The parts manager responsibilities include managing inventory, assisting customers both by phone and in person and assisting shop personnel with parts needed for coaches during repair in shop.

The parts manager responsibilities include managing inventory, assisting customers both by phone and in person and assisting shop personnel with parts needed for coaches during repair in shop.
Inventory management:
- Ordering parts and maintaining optimal inventory levels. This can include receiving parts, placing them in inventory and labeling them properly. Creating POs in system and applying parts to the correct job that they are installed on. Parts manager may also conduct monthly audits to manage inventory and will be responsible for year-end counting of inventory.
Customer Service:
- Helping customers find and purchase the correct parts and resolving any ordering and invoicing issues. Parts manager should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to discuss customer requirements and liaise with other departments.
Other duties of a parts manager may include but are not limited to:
- Pricing parts to maintain profitability.
- Overseeing special orders.
- Collaborating with Service Manager, Shop Foreman and General Manager to ensure parts are available for repair jobs.
- Turning in all invoices and PO's to the accounting office in a timely manner without creating duplicate entries.
- Keeping expenses down.
- Maintaining a clean and organized parts department.
Schedule:
- Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Monday-Friday.
