Partnerships & Business Development Manager

Location: Fairfield County (1-2 days onsite preferred, but must be based in tri-state area)

Compensation: $100,000 -130,000+ depending on experience

Position Overview:

Our Client is seeking a Partnerships & Business Development Manager to help expand strategic partnerships and scale API-driven solutions across reseller, advertising intelligence, and data partners.

In this role, you will work closely with technical, marketing, and leadership teams to develop partner strategies, build high-value integrations, and support revenue growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, presenting solutions, and identifying new opportunities in a fast-evolving media and advertising landscape.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and skilled at collaborating across internal teams to deliver value for partners and clients.

This role reports to the Vice President of Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key reseller partners and stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and successful collaboration
  • Develop and execute partner outreach strategies to identify and engage new partnership opportunities
  • Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal development for potential partners
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and partnership opportunities within the media intelligence and advertising ecosystem
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop custom partner solutions, including data integrations and tailored offerings
  • Support the execution of partnership initiatives that drive adoption and revenue growth

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships sales, business development, and account management
  • Experience in a SaaS, media, technology, or data-driven environment preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, commercial, and marketing stakeholders
  • Highly organized and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events
