- Experience: At least 3 years of business development, outside sales, or representative experience.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to navigate conversations with both small business owners and corporate facility managers.
- Partnership Development: Proactively identify and "cold-call" (in person and via phone) potential space owners/operators for massage chair deployment.
- Venue Acquisition: Secure placements in high-use environments including car washes, spas, laundromats, shopping centers, hotels, and residential apartments.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain healthy, long-term "win-win" relationships with partners. You aren't just selling; you are managing a service.
- Data-Driven Growth: Use our real-time system data to help partners maximize their success and provide management with field intelligence to adjust pricing or locations.
- Market Intelligence: Identify new use cases and provide feedback to our R&D center to improve our hardware and methodology.
As a Partnership Development Associate, you are the face of Lemo in the field. You won't be chained to a desk; you will be on the move, identifying high-traffic venues and closing deals to deploy our commercial massage chairs. We provide the hardware and the data.
You will be responsible for identifying and securing placement deals at venues such as car washes, spas, laundromats, shopping centers, hotels, and residential apartments.
