They will be responsible for managing a robust portfolio of complex, high-stakes litigation and providing superior legal services to our diverse clientele. The Permanent Partner will also play a pivotal role in business and client development, leveraging their portable business and book of business skills to expand our firm's client base and enhance our reputation in the legal industry.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of complex, high-stakes litigation cases.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to our clients in the areas of business litigation, commercial litigation, corporate law, employment law, and franchise law.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
- Actively participate in business and client development initiatives, including networking events, seminars, and conferences.
- Leverage your portable business and book of business skills to attract new clients and generate additional revenue for the firm.
- Collaborate with other partners and associates to ensure the firm's strategic objectives are met.
- Contribute to the firm's growth and success by mentoring junior lawyers, fostering a positive work environment, and upholding our firm's values and standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an equity partner, non-equity partner, or of counsel in a reputable law firm.
- Extensive experience in business litigation, commercial litigation, corporate law, employment law, and franchise law.
- Proven track record in managing complex, high-stakes litigation cases.
- Strong business and client development skills, including a substantial portable business and book of business.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High level of professional integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
