In this unique role, you'll work directly with one of the world's most respected travel organizations to build world-class travel experiences, serving as customers' personal guide.
What You'll Do
- Recommend trips and excursions based on customer interest
- Answer questions
- Book reservations for unforgettable cultural and educational experiences across the globe
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of geography and current global events
Eligibility Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of sales or customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Able to work 20 hours per week, scheduled within the following hours of operation:
- Monday through Friday
- Preferred shift: 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern time / 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. Central time / 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Mountain time / 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Pacific time
- Center's hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time / 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time / 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain time / 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific time
- No nights or weekends!
- Monday through Friday
- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
Nice to Have
- College degree in a relevant field, including communications, hospitality or education
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
Remote Work Requirements
- Ohio resident
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
- Required internet setup:
- High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber)
- Computer must be physically connected to your modem / router using an Ethernet cable
- Wireless, 5G and satellite connections are not supported
