Responsibilities
What Youll Do
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided call lists
Set appointments for licensed agents (no insurance license required for this role)
Follow call scripts while keeping conversations natural and professional
Document call outcomes and customer notes in [CRM/system name]
Confirm appointments via phone/text/email as needed
Meet weekly activity and appointment goals
Requirements
What Were Looking For
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Dependable, organized, and able to follow a process
Basic computer skills (typing, notes, simple systems)
Prior telemarketing/inside sales/customer service experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Nice to Have
Experience scheduling appointments or lead qualification
