Part-time Social Worker

The Rogosin Institute (RI) is an independent not-for-profit medical care and research organization affiliated with New York Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medicine. Rogosin is one of the premier centers for the diagnosis and management of kidney disease in the country. The Institute also treats patients with diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders and conducts research in these areas.

RI is recruiting for experienced Part-time Social Worker . Job duties include performing patients’ assessments, education and counseling services to dialysis patients and their families, liaison and referral to community agencies and participation in interdisciplinary team meetings. Position is available at our Brooklyn South location.

We require a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Current NYS License (LMSW or LCSW

Prior experience working in an outpatient dialysis clinic is a plus.
