Our client is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Part-Time HR / Recruiting & Events Assistant to play a highly visible role within their organization. This is not a routine administrative position, this role is a strategic partner to HR leadership, owning recruitment efforts and elevating employee engagement through impactful events.

- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers and provide consistent updates
- Drive structured, organized hiring processes with strong follow-up
- Events & Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute internal events and company activities
- Ensure high-quality, engaging experiences for employees
- HR Operations Support
- Assist with benefits billing and reconciliation
- Support enrollment processes
- Prepare structured onboarding and training materials
- Maintain organized personnel files and document compliance
- Minimum 2+ years of agency or staffing firm recruiting experience (full-cycle, hands-on)
- Proven ability to independently manage recruiting processes
- Strong event planning experience with a passion for employee engagement
- Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
- Self-starter who communicates proactively and thrives with autonomy
- Monday–Thursday, flexible hours (8:00 AM–3:00 PM or 9:00 AM–4:00 PM)
- Must be available on Fridays if there is a company event
- Potential for limited remote flexibility in the future, based on performance and business needs
- On-site in San Antonio
