Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on community facilities and amenities
- Assist with upkeep of landscaping, pool areas, clubhouse, and other common areas
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and report larger repairs as needed
- Support set-up and breakdown for events and activities
- Ensure community areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Previous general maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general repair practices
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed
