Salary Range: $20000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Sell Farmers Insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, and more)
• Educate clients on coverage options that protect income, assets, and families
• Conduct needs-based consultations and learn how to close sales
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage your pipeline and track daily activity in the agency CRM
• Prospect within the local Hartford community
• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients
• Develop sales, communication, and customer service skills

• Availability to work a consistent part-time schedule
• Coachable with a strong willingness to learn and be developed
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Comfortable in a sales-focused environment
• Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Connecticut Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License
