Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team in Bagdad, AZ. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all dishware and utensils are spotless and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Hand-wash delicate or specialty items as required.
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in their designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing station at all times.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in compliance with company policies and environmental guidelines.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and general cleaning tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Communicate equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
