What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering incoming calls in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner
• Entering calls into ServiceTitan dispatch software
• Dispatching technicians based on job requirements, availability, and geography
• Scheduling service technicians throughout Phoenix and surrounding areas
• Collaborating with service technicians and office staff
• Providing computer data entry and administrative support

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of ServiceTitan dispatch software is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience in a CSR or dispatch environment (preferred but not required)
• Strong phone communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs is a plus
• Familiarity with the Phoenix area for efficient technician routing
