PART TIME CUSTODIAN POSITIONS FOR EARLY EVENINGS

The Town of Belmont has 2 part time, 16 hours per week, openings for  nighttime building custodians.  Responsible for custodial duties including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, washing and waxing floors, replacing supplies, cleaning glass doors and windows, cleaning bathrooms, disposal of trash and recyclables, snow removal and setup/breakdown of meetings and events. Responsible for opening/closing the buildings, and supervision of the evening cleaning company.  Other duties may be assigned.  Duties will be performed in the late afternoon and evenings.  Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of building maintenance experience or related work experience.  Must be able to operate equipment, carry out instructions, and work independently as well as with coworkers.  

Hours are Mon – Thur 6pm -10pm The starting rate is $25.00 per hour, no benefits.
