Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Beaumont, CA
$20/hour | MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 2:00 PM

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time opportunity with consistent weekday hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare shipping documentation for customers and schedule shipments (online and by phone)

  • Enter and update orders, including quantities and shipment dates

  • Maintain organized daily and master backlogs

  • Create purchase orders and match invoices/receiving documents to open POs

  • Code documents for accounting purposes

  • Assist with month-end tasks, including inventory reconciliation and verifying press logs

  • Allocate materials for jobs and support general office operations as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (email-heavy role)

  • High attention to detail with the ability to review and verify work before submission

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to problem-solve and compare data for accuracy

  • Comfortable working both on the computer and with handwritten documentation

  • Clear and legible handwriting required
