Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Paraprofessional to join our team near Dover, New Jersey for a full-time, school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

Setting: School-Based Services 

• Hours: varies
• Pay: $20-$25
• Exclusive school placement (no travel required)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Classroom Teachers: Provide support to teachers by helping with instructional activities, managing classroom materials, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.
• Support Students' Learning Needs: Work closely with individual or small groups of students to reinforce lessons, assist with assignments, and provide accommodations for those with special educational needs.
• Promote Positive Behavior: Help monitor and guide student behavior in the classroom and during school activities, ensuring adherence to school policies and promoting a safe, respectful learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree OR at least 60 college credits OR you have passed the Paraprofessional Praxis Pro Exam
