Our client is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to support attorneys in all aspects of estate planning and estate/trust administration. Description
- Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing trust and estate documents.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including wills, trusts, and probate paperwork.
- Conduct thorough legal research and compile findings.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal documents.
- Assist in the preparation of estate tax returns and related documentation.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.

Profile
A successful Paralegal Trust and Estates should have:
- A strong understanding of trust and estate law and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.

- Strong research and communication skills.
- Experience with estate tax return preparation and filing is preferred.
