Your day as a Paralegal

As a Full-Time Paralegal at McFarlin Group, you will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, and assisting in case preparation. Daily tasks may include managing case files, organizing legal materials, and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. You will collaborate closely with attorneys and property management teams to facilitate communication and enhance operational workflows.

This position also requires effective time management and prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines for various projects.
